The brief
The project aimed to transform an expansive outdoor landscape into a welcoming and visually engaging environment after sunset. The client wanted the garden to remain functional and accessible during the evening while highlighting its natural elements, architectural features, and outdoor gathering spaces. The lighting design needed to create visual depth across the landscape through carefully positioned tree uplights, pathway illumination, accent lighting, and integrated architectural lighting. The overall objective was to establish a balanced outdoor lighting experience that enhances safety, highlights the beauty of the surroundings, and creates a relaxing atmosphere without overwhelming the natural environment.
